Today's interview is with Lara Casey Isaacson and it's one I’ll forever hold dear to my heart- a career high, and honestly a personal one, too.

Lara’s passion for intentional goal setting has influenced countless women, including myself, and her work was instrumental in bringing Grace Space Christian Coaching to life.

She is the Michael Jordan of goal setting… as the founder of Cultivate What Matters and founder of Southern Weddings magazine (which is no longer in print but was a GEM), Lara knows a thing or two not only about goal setting but about goal setting in a Godly way.

GSCC would likely not be here had it not been for Lara.

Almost a decade ago now, I spent an afternoon typing in various search terms to Google… God, faith, goal setting, and was absolutely delighted when Cultivate What Matters popped up. Her mission and her Make It Happen book was a pivotal domino in bringing GSCC to life. Hundreds of women have received life changing 1:1 coaching because of this and I know thousands more are impacted by coming into contact with the GSCC message - all glory and honor to God.

In addition to her professional accolades, Lara loves hiking, cooking, Charlotte Mason homeschooling with her children, digging into functional medicine and fitness with her husband, Ari, and getting her hands dirty in her garden in Chapel Hill, NC.
